Understanding Wednesday Draw Names
Searches like “Wednesday Dear lottery name” are common, but there is no single permanent answer. The Dear Lottery assigns each time slot a themed weekly name series, and within that series each day of the week — including Wednesday — carries its own name. When the department retires one series and introduces another, all seven daily names change. That is why an older ticket may show a different Wednesday name than a current one. The dependable identifiers are the draw date and time slot printed on your ticket. To see the exact name in use on any given Wednesday, look at the result header on our live result pages, which always displays the current draw name beside the numbers.
How to Check the Nagaland Lottery Result Wednesday
- Identify the time slot on your ticket — 1PM, 6PM or 8PM — and confirm the draw date is the Wednesday in question.
- Open the corresponding results page shortly after the draw time.
- Check your full ticket number against every prize tier, not just the first prize, since lower tiers are matched on number endings.
- Confirm any match against the official result PDF for that exact date and slot.
- If your ticket wins, sign the back immediately and store it safely for the claim process.
Wednesday Prize Structure in Context
Wednesday’s draws share the standard daily prize framework of the Nagaland State Lottery: a first prize of ₹1 crore awarded to one ticket, consolation prizes for tickets bearing the first-prize number in other series, and a series of smaller tiers — typically second through fifth prizes — distributed across many tickets. Tax is deducted at source on prizes above the statutory limit, and claim procedures depend on the prize size. Full details of the claim process are covered in our rules and claims guide, which is worth reading before you ever need it.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time does the nagaland lottery result wednesday come out?
Shortly after each draw: soon after 1:00 PM for the afternoon draw, soon after 6:00 PM for the evening draw, and soon after 8:00 PM for the night draw. The official PDF is normally published within a short window of the initial numbers.

Where can I find older Wednesday results?
Archived results are organised date by date on our monthly chart page, which makes it straightforward to look up any previous Wednesday draw and verify an old ticket against the correct result sheet.
